  1. Open the Calendar app.

    Open the Calendar app.
  2. Find the event you want to edit or create a new one by pressing the + icon.

  6. In the Custom window, you can select the frequency of the event and make adjustments to how often it should occur. Tap the New Event button in the top left to return to the previous screen.

  10. Your calendar will automatically set the end date for one month after the initial event, but you can select a custom date for when you no longer wish to be notified of this event.

  11. Tap Add in the upper right corner when you have finished personalizing the rest of your calendar event options.

Now you will be notified of this recurring event on the schedule that you selected. If you set a date to end the repeating event, once your chosen date passes, the Calendar app will stop sending you notifications about the event. Alternatively, you can also simply delete the event when you no longer need to be reminded about it. You can also link your calendars to prevent events from overlapping.
