LuxBox ZERO Review: A Simple & Protective iPhone 7 Case

There's a quote, often attributed to Albert Einstein, that "Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler." That seems to be the theory behind the LuxBox Case ZERO case ($25) from Wonderful Things Factory. It's as protective an iPhone 7case as most folks need, without the bulk and extraneous accents that plague many other cases.

The ZERO case has a minimal design and it is sold in semi-opaque clear or black and in only one size that accommodates the iPhone 6, 6s, and 7. There is an opening for a headphone jack that doubles as an opening for the cosmetic speaker holes on the iPhone 7. Despite the minimal design, the company added a raised lip around the camera and flash opening for protection.

If you're looking at it in a store, the packaging makes it look like the logo is prominent, but don't worry. It's only on the clear packaging, not the case itself. Instead, there's a very subtle embossed logo in the bottom corner of the case.

  • Minimal design
  • Semi-opaque clear or black
