It’s Time to Enter the 9th Annual iPhone Photography Awards

Between the ever-improving camera and amazing editing apps available, the iPhone has become more than just an amateur's tool for photography. If you’re someone who loves to take photos with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, consider entering this year’s IPPAwards, also known as The iPhone Photography Awards. There is a long list of categories photographers can choose from including Animals, Tree, Nature, People, Still Life, Events, Sunset, and more.

The winner will be named the IPPA Photographer of the Year. The winning entry from each category will receive a gold bar (yeah, a real gold bar), while other top prizes are to be announced later.

There are entry fees, but the cost depends on how many images you want to submit. For a single image it’s $3.50, for three images, $7.50. The amount of images and cost scales up to 25 images for $57.50. Entrants must use either an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. No desktop programs such as Photoshop are to be used; however, any iOS apps are okay.
