How to Tell Whether or Not Someone Has Seen Your Facebook Invitation

Not only can you tell whether or not someone has seen your Facebook invitation, you can look at the invite list for any event (whether you’re hosting it or not) to see who has seen the event. Here’s how:

  • Open the Facebook app on your iPhone or iPad.

  • Tap the More tab and select Events.

  • Either create an event or find the one you already created.

  • Scroll down to the invite list that shows the running tally of people Going and those who are Interested. Tap on it.

  • Tap Invited at the top.

  • Just under an invitee's name, there will be a checkmark and the word Seen if they’ve viewed the invitation. If it doesn’t say Seen below their name, they haven’t checked the invite yet.
