How to Schedule Do Not Disturb Times

  • Go to Settings and scroll down to Do Not Disturb.
  • Toggle the Scheduled switch.

  • Change the From and To settings to your bedtime and wake up time, family dinner time, or whatever regularly scheduled event you’d like your phone to leave you alone during.
