How to Customize Control Center with iOS 11 on iPhone

With iOS 11, you can finally customize Control Center on your iPhone. Users have been requesting this feature for years but even more so after Low Power Mode was introduced. Parts of Control Center in iOS 11 are designed to stay the same; but in the same way you organize widgets on Lock screen, you can choose certain features of your iPhone to be quickly accessible from Control Center. This also allows you to remove Control Center functions that you might never use and replace them with something better. Here’s how to customize Control Center with iOS 11 on iPhone.

How to Customize Control Center

  • First, swipe up from the bottom of your screen to open the new and improved Control Center.
  • Once you’ve become familiar with the changes, open the Settings app.
  • Tap Control Center.
  • Select Customize Controls.

  • To remove a control, tap the red circle next to the feature you want to remove.
  • Under More Controls, tap the green circle to add the feature to your Control Center.

  • Under Include, you can tap and hold the icons that look like three horizontal lines on the right end of each feature to rearrange the features and how they show up in your Control Center.

I love that the Apple TV Remote is an option, but the one I added and use the most is, of course, Low Power Mode.
