Apple is slowly but surely convincing me to buy an Apple Watch. A couple weeks ago, the company released a string of short Apple Watch ads each about 15 seconds long and focusing on a specific function of the Apple Watch. Yesterday, Apple released seven more highlighting Dance, Style, Travel, and more.
If you’re enrolled in Apple’s Public Beta Program, transferring data from your old iPhone to a new one isn’t quite so simple. Any iTunes or iCloud backup made from your current iPhone running the iOS 9 public beta is not compatible with the shipping version of iOS 9 running on your new iPhone. The only way to unenroll from the beta program is to restore your iPhone with the iOS 8 backup you made before signing up. However, if like me you've acquired a lot of data since then; restoring to the old back up could be a deal breaker. Here's how to easily transfer your data from an old iPhone currently enrolled in the Apple Beta Software Program to your new iPhone.
Not everyone in the Jobs family was against the latest Steve Jobs movie. Screenwriter Aaron Sorkin sat down on October 6 with Trevor Noah of the Daily Show to discuss how speaking with Jobs’ daughter shaped the plot of the movie.

Apple CEO, Tim Cook recently stated in an interview with NPR that “privacy is a fundamental human right.” And it seems that Porsche agrees as the car company has chosen Carplay over Google's Android Auto for its 2017 911. Apparently, the decision was based on ethical reasons rather than technological differences; Porsche felt Google wanted too much of its customers' data. Apple is also know for data collecting, but within reason and for specific purposes.

While Google and Apple go to war over ad revenues, we the consumers will sit back and enjoy our new option to block ads in Safari in iOS 9. Within days of the iOS 9 release, adblockers flooded the app store and ranged largely in price and performance. Now that the dust has settled, a clear contender for the best, free adblocker has emerged: AdBlock Fast.

Apple opened its first store in Brussels, Belgium, on September 19, and it's a beautiful crossbreed of a classroom and atrium. The new location sports touch-sensor displays built into the tables, a huge screen in the back for displaying the latest devices, and trees.
I called it. Yesterday, in my article discussing T-Mobile's new pricing options, I wrote "T-Mobile is shaking things up, as usual, and I wouldn't be surprised to see the other carriers revise and revamp their offerings in response." Sure enough, Sprint has answered the call and not only met T-Mobile's pricing, it undercut the "uncarrier" in an almost desperate bid to be your next carrier.
Now that Apple's September event is over and I've had a chance to catch a deep breath and take a step back from Apple's infamous "reality distortion" field, I can share some more perspective on Apple's new TV set-top box and what it really means (and doesn't mean) for modern gaming.
I will probably upgrade to the iPhone 6s, but not for the reasons you might think. Yes, Apple claims "The only thing that’s changed is everything" and that's true. Almost every element of the iPhone 6 has been enhanced. The metal is stronger. The screen has 3D Touch. The camera is a big improvement. The processor is faster, as are the graphics and networking. If your job was to repair iPhones, there are almost no components from the older iPhone 6 that could be reused in the iPhone 6s. It is entirely new. Everything has indeed changed. Apple has a valid point and it is also trying to head off the inevitable "nothing's changed" criticism that comes with any "s" model.
